MIXING
in a non-metallic bowl mix PURE HI-LITE in the ratio 1:2 with Cream Coactivator at 30 – 40 vol. (e.g. 30 ml of PURE HI-LITE + 60 ml of Cream Coactivator) to reach a creamy mix.
